Warranty Statement

Citizen's portable printers come with a limited 1-year warranty as standard. A full explanation is given in the warranty statement.

The warranty statement is the definitive and official version of Citizen's support for your printer but it can be summarised as follows:

dot The standard warranty is 'return to base'. On-site warranties can be provided but are not part of the standard agreement

dot The warranty starts from date of invoice to the end-user.

dot The 1-year part covers all parts of the printer including the printhead. However, due to the fact that the printer is a portable device and easy to be mis-handled, the responsibility is on the end-user to show it has not been mis-treated or dropped.

 

Service Information

If you believe your printer has a fault or if you need routine service on your printer, you should in the first case contact the location from where you bought the printer.

If you cannot do this for any reason, or you do not know who supplied the printer, please contact us and we will be able to give you details of your nearest authorised service centre.
