Overview
Citizen's X-series drives are one of the world's thinnest floppy disk drives designed specifically for notebook PCs and other portable applications. With a weight of only 158 grams and such small dimensions, there is no need to compromise your design by omitting an industry standard storage medium.

Options and Customisation
The X-series drives are "3-mode" drives featuring a 1.6Mb (unformatted) capacity as well as the usual 1 and 2 Mb modes. If this mode is not required, simply ensure that the density selection lines are held in their normal conditions as shown in the full technical specification.
As well as the standard drives, it is possible to supply drives to many different specifications. These include different bezel colours and shapes, LED colour or the presence / absence or these items. Please contact your supplier or Citizen's OEM sales division for further information, lead times and technical details.
