Citizen works to provide the best drivers for common operating systems to ensure that our customers can enjoy complete control of all printer functions. This regularly updated list of printers and downloads offers easy access to all available drivers and tools.
If you require firmware, please contact our support team here
We supply drivers for the most popular operating systems, especially Windows®. Drivers are written by Seagull Scientific. Citizen supplies Bartender UltraLight label software free, and you can download it further down.
Our current driver is Version: 7.3.2-M0 clp-cls-v732m0.exe
Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 98ME and NT4 drivers are provided 'as is' and are no longer supported.
Terminal Services and Citrix® Support: Our latest drivers support Terminal Services and Citrix®.
Linux®, Apple® Mac OS®: We support some models via our CUPS drivers and our ZPL® emulation.
To configure the Standard Ethernet & Wireless LAN cards of our printers, you can use our PrintServer Utilities.
Our VCOM feature allows the barcode printers to use the benefit of Serial interface over USB hardware.
